OUR INSPECTORS ARE LICENSED AND CERTIFIED BY THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTORS. InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, is the world’s largest inspection trade association. Based in the United States, InterNACHI operates in 65 different countries and nine languages. InterNACHI is the inspection industry’s largest provider of education and training. InterNACHI has been awarded more than 1,400 governmental approvals and accreditations. All of our inspectors are certified by InterNACHI.
AMERICAN SOCIETY OF HOME INSPECTORS. ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors is a professional association for home inspectors in North America. Through ASHI’s continued efforts, ASHI’s Standards of Practice—covering all of a home’s major systems—are now part of many pieces of state legislation and are recognized by consumers as an authoritative standard for professional home inspection. All of our inspectors are certified by ASHI.
NATIONAL RADON PROFICIENCY PROGRAM. The National Radon Proficiency Program serves as the credentialing and certification division of AARST(The American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists) and is recognized as the nation’s leading certification program for radon professionals. Currently, NRPP has nearly 3,000 certified professionals qualified in measurement, mitigation, and as radon laboratories. All of our radon inspectors are certified by NRPP.
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION. FAA, the Federal Aviation Administration, is part of the United States Department of Transportation. Their major roles include: regulating civil aviation to promote safety, encouraging and developing civil aeronautics, including new aviation technology, developing and operating a system of air traffic control and navigation for both civil and military aircraft, researching and developing the National Airspace System and civil aeronautics, developing and carrying out programs to control aircraft noise and other environmental effects of civil aviation and regulating U.S. commercial space transportation. All of our inspectors who fly drones hold a current FAA Commercial Remote Pilot License.
SPECIFIC STATE. Many states have licensing programs for real estate inspectors. In addition, many states have specific licensing for radon measurement technicians and termite inspectors. For all states having these specific licensing requirements, all our inspectors are appropriately licensed.
